Welcome to farmerid.online. By accessing this website, registering an account, or purchasing digital and physical Farmer ID services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.
1. User Account Registration
To access the ID download registry and top up your balance, you must register an account using an active Indian mobile number. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and restrict unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your logged-in portal session.
2. Scope of Services
The Portal offers the following transactional services:
- Digital ID Card Generation: Queries official endpoints to compile a digital smart card. This is instantly downloadable for ₹25.00.
- Physical PVC Card Delivery: Prints and delivers a physical plastic PVC card to your registered location for ₹100.00.
- Online Wallet Top-ups: Refills your Portal wallet balance using integrated checkout gateways.
3. Payment & Pricing Terms
All prices listed on the Portal are in Indian Rupees (INR). Fees are subject to updates at the discretion of portal administrators. We utilize Razorpay to securely process all checkout payments. You agree that we are not liable for transaction failure, checkout delays, or bank downtime caused by payment gateway providers.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
As the products offered consist of both digital downloads and physical printed materials, the following shipping rules apply:
- Digital Downloads: Digital smart Farmer ID cards are delivered instantly upon successful compilation. You can download them directly from the Card History section of your dashboard. No shipping delays apply to digital copies.
- Physical Deliveries: Physical PVC cards are printed upon order approval and shipped via India Post speed post or certified courier partners. PVC deliveries are dispatched within 3-5 working days and generally reach the customer within 7 to 15 working days from approval.
5. Wallet Balance Usage
Funds credited to your wallet are intended exclusively for processing card downloads and physical PVC card orders. Wallet balances do not earn interest and are non-transferable between different user accounts.
6. User Content and Code of Conduct
You agree not to upload false information, mock Aadhaar numbers, or impersonate other farmers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent registry requests or double-spent verification attempts.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the services or terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.
